We do not keep any stock , all wigs are made to order, unless stated other wise . The processing time for this wig is 7 business days.

Except for finance orders ( laybuy , klarna ) which takes 7-10 business days and 21 business days for klarna . If you require faster processing please contact customer service via email to discuss that prior to placing an order.

Business days do not include the weekend , bank holidays , Christmas,etc.

clearpay orders take about 10-14 days to process.

clearpay is more convenient way to pay but their processing time are much longer and challenging for us but were working towards shortening that processing time.

  Exchanges and returns are not accepted .all wigs are non refundable unless there is a mistake on my behalf.  all sales are final .

If eligible for a refund You have fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order to return the Products in its original condition .If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We will only accept returns on orders that have been unused and in resalable condition.  Kior virgin Hair reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our returns standard.
